Who is responsible

Responsible for this app and this website is the operator of Niete, reachable at niete@bognar.net.

What stays on the device

Your games live in the app’s protected area on your iPhone or iPad. They are not transferred anywhere.

No account, no identifier, no analytics, no advertising SDK.
Your device's iCloud backup includes the app's data; that is Apple's service, not ours.

Purchases

Purchases go through Apple. We learn neither your name nor your payment method; the app only checks whether the purchase exists on your Apple Account.

This website

The website is static and sets no cookies. The host (Cloudflare) processes technical connection data when you visit.

Your rights

As we store no data about you, there is nothing for us to show or delete. If you delete the app, all games are gone. Questions go to niete@bognar.net.

This website is governed by the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
